The coolest..hottest and most expensive desktop PC you can buy

Dubbed the Pure Luxury PC by its creators, boutique PC builder Pure PC in collaboration with case designer Darwinmachine, it looks more like a piece of modern art than a functioning desktop PC. The design is a long away from the austere black or beige box we commonly associate with a desktop PC. Avaiable in striking red or cool blue this piece of anodized aluminum and Ecoresin screams luxury and speed much in the same way as does a bright yellow Masserati sitting in the driveway.

The Pure Luxury PC is just as beautiful under the hood the fastest desktop CPU available, the six-core Intel i7-990x Extreme Edition, along with the top Nvidia graphics card — two GeForce GTX 580s in SLI configuration. Somehow, Pure PC managed to find room for a third card if you choose to add it later. You also get 12GB of RAM, a pair of 128MB solid state drives, two 1TB Western Digital Caviar Black 7200RPM hard drives, and a Blu-ray
burner. Enough power to blow the doors off any other PC on the market.

What does all this luxury and power cost? A cool $9500 which can easily be driven over 10 grand with only a few options. For this stratospheric price the Pure Luxury PC comes with Lifetime 24/7 tech support and a Lifetime Warranty.

Bob, as a PC designer and builder, you just know I had to comment on this post.

    $9, 500 Dollars INSANE!!!!!

High end performance, I agree, but that comes from the i 870 and twin 580’s. Actually, surprising not to see twin SSD’s in Raid configuration, and 2 tb sata drives for storage? It looks air cooled, so most likely running base clock. Is it SATA 3 and USB 3 ready?

This is clearly a case of for someone that has too much money. Please for all of you customers that fall into this category, please buy a BDR Custom computer, I can easily add a thousand extra on the bill, which go go to your favorite charity…

There are other “designer Cases out there, with sex appeal, for much less, view link:

for example, the Thermaltake Level 10 case is designed by BMW, and costs $799.00.

My estimation for a ultra-High Performance ‘BDR” PC that would run circles around this system, can be had for less than $4,000, and come with a lifetime warranty as well, and free remotes service. Check out BDR Computers on facebook, and feel free to post any questions that you have regarding PC’s…Steve B

Oops..ok it does have twin ssd…my bad….but 128 is kinda small for this price point…should at least be twin 240, and preferably intel or sandforce 2 units
